Our touring area is designed for effortless arrival and maximum relaxation. We provide 35 numbered hard-standing stances with 16-amp electric hook-ups, ensuring a stable, level base for your caravan and awning. For total convenience, 14 fully serviced pitches include integrated fresh water and grey waste connections. The park features wide access roads for stress-free maneuvering and unhitching. During your stay, enjoy the convenience of our on-park laundrette, Calor gas sales, and chemical disposal points. With ample room for outdoor seating, you can truly embrace the slow-paced touring lifestyle.
Motorhomes
Catering to the “home-on-wheels” traveller, our motorhome-friendly pitches offer the stability and ease of access required for all sizes. Our hard-standing stances are ideal for a quick “park-up and plug-in” experience, with 16-amp hook-ups available as standard. We provide dedicated drive-over grey water waste disposal points and easy-access fresh water fills for your convenience. After a day on the road, our level pitches ensure a comfortable rest without complex leveling. With free Wi-Fi and the security of a professionally managed park, we provide the perfect pit-stop to recharge.
Tent Pitches
For those who love the classic ritual of “pitching your own,” we offer ten dedicated grass pitches. Choose from five traditional spots for an off-grid escape or five pitches equipped with 16-amp electric hook-ups for modern convenience. Our well-drained, level ground ensures a comfortable sleep under canvas. Campers have full access to our modern, solar-heated shower block, undercover dishwashing areas, and a secure bike hub. Whether you are a solo backpacker or a family, our designated areas provide the space and tranquility needed to reconnect with nature in comfort.
The Ballater Bike Hub
Whether you are conquering mountain trails or enjoying the Deeside Way, our new secure hub provides total peace of mind for your equipment. Operational from April 2026, this community-led facility offers day and overnight storage for up to 20 standard bikes. We are proud to host specialized secure housing for Sport Aberdeen’s adaptive bikes, making Highland cycling accessible to riders of all capabilities. Designed for both visitors and locals, the hub features easy online booking and payments. Rest your wheels in a sheltered, locked sanctuary and focus on the adventure ahead.
